After 18 months of behind-the-scenes legal matters, Bristol City Council has been able to issue the Consent Notice in line with the committee decision to approve Arc on 15th April 2021. The delay related to legal covenants on We The Curious' land which took a while to resolve - all the while the Council was champing at the bit to issue the notice. The 6-week period for judicial review (JR) has also expired and so Arc has secured planning and Listed Building consent at We The Curious with effect from 5th October 2022, reference 20/04474/F and LB.
